Completion History
Completion history keeps a record of every task you complete, and lets you undo completions when needed. Premium
Viewing History
Section titled “Viewing History”Access your completion history from the History tab (iOS) or the History section in the sidebar (macOS). Entries are listed with the most recent completions at the top.
Each entry shows:
- The task name at the time of completion
- When it was completed
- For recurring tasks, the next scheduled due date
Undoing a Completion
Section titled “Undoing a Completion”Tap the Undo button next to any entry to restore the task. The task returns to its previous state with its original status, due date, and position in your hierarchy.
Only the most recent completion of each task can be undone. If you complete the same task twice, only the second completion has an undo button.
History Retention
Section titled “History Retention”Control how many days of history to keep in Settings. Choose from:
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
Entries older than your retention period are automatically removed.
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”Completion history requires a Premium subscription.
