Focus

The Focus view shows only the tasks you’ve explicitly marked as focused, helping you concentrate on what matters right now.

When editing a task, toggle the Focus switch to add it to your Focus view. You can mark any task at any level of your hierarchy as focused.

Focused tasks are grouped by their parent task, so you can see the context behind each item. Within each group, tasks are sorted by weightage and then sort order.

Breadcrumb paths appear alongside each task, showing where it sits in your hierarchy. This gives you full context without leaving the Focus view.

You can expand any focused task to reveal its child tasks, even if those children aren’t individually marked as focused. This lets you see the full scope of a focused project or task group.

When you create a new task from the Focus view, it’s automatically marked as focused. This keeps your workflow uninterrupted.

  • Use Focus as your daily working view — mark 3-5 tasks each morning and work through them
  • Unmark tasks when they’re done or no longer a priority for the day
  • Combine Focus with due dates and priority scores for a complete picture of what to tackle first
