Priority
The Priority view displays your tasks in an Eisenhower-style matrix based on their importance and urgency scores. Pro
The Three Sections
Section titled “The Three Sections”Tasks are sorted into three sections based on their scores:
- Urgent & Important — tasks scoring above 2 on both urgency and importance
- Urgent — tasks scoring above 2 on urgency but not importance
- Important — tasks scoring above 2 on importance but not urgency
Tasks that score 2 or below on both dimensions don’t appear in this view — they’re not urgent or important enough to need attention right now.
Setting Importance and Urgency
Section titled “Setting Importance and Urgency”When editing a task, use the Importance and Urgency sliders. Each has 6 levels (0-5):
Importance levels:
- 0 — Just for Record
- 1 — Low Importance
- 2 — Moderate Importance
- 3 — Above Average Importance
- 4 — Very Important
- 5 — Extremely Important
Urgency levels:
- 0 — When Time is Available
- 1 — Low Urgency
- 2 — Moderate Urgency
- 3 — Above Average Urgency
- 4 — Very Urgent
- 5 — Extremely Urgent
Task Grouping
Section titled “Task Grouping”Within each section, tasks are grouped by parent task with breadcrumb paths for context. Each section header shows the count of tasks it contains.
Creating Tasks
Section titled “Creating Tasks”When you create a task from within the Priority view, the importance and urgency values are automatically set based on the section you’re in.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”The Priority view requires a Pro or Premium subscription. On the free Beginner plan, this tab shows an upgrade prompt.
