Priority

The Priority view displays your tasks in an Eisenhower-style matrix based on their importance and urgency scores. Pro

Tasks are sorted into three sections based on their scores:

  • Urgent & Important — tasks scoring above 2 on both urgency and importance
  • Urgent — tasks scoring above 2 on urgency but not importance
  • Important — tasks scoring above 2 on importance but not urgency

Tasks that score 2 or below on both dimensions don’t appear in this view — they’re not urgent or important enough to need attention right now.

When editing a task, use the Importance and Urgency sliders. Each has 6 levels (0-5):

Importance levels:

  • 0 — Just for Record
  • 1 — Low Importance
  • 2 — Moderate Importance
  • 3 — Above Average Importance
  • 4 — Very Important
  • 5 — Extremely Important

Urgency levels:

  • 0 — When Time is Available
  • 1 — Low Urgency
  • 2 — Moderate Urgency
  • 3 — Above Average Urgency
  • 4 — Very Urgent
  • 5 — Extremely Urgent

Within each section, tasks are grouped by parent task with breadcrumb paths for context. Each section header shows the count of tasks it contains.

When you create a task from within the Priority view, the importance and urgency values are automatically set based on the section you’re in.

The Priority view requires a Pro or Premium subscription. On the free Beginner plan, this tab shows an upgrade prompt.
